q BOOKINGS: All bookings must be made directly with the stud by completing and forwarding this nomination agreement, including the mare identification. $200 is required as deposit on booking, and payment must accompany the booking.
q (IF A.I.) No semen will be shipped until the stud fee which includes the booking fee PLUS a $200 semen collection fee and shipping container hire/ usage fee per collection is paid.
q TRANSPORT OF SEMEN: Notice of 48 Hours or longer is necessary for collection with a preference for weekdays after which the semen will be transported by courier and is usually a same day, airfreight, airport to airport, 7 day per week service. All shippers must be returned using Australia Post as soon as the insemination is completed.
The stud will make every effort to deliver the semen on the required day. However, no responsibility can be accepted for unforeseen delays. The mare owner is responsible for the payment of the transport of the shipper.
q MARES: Mares with poor conformation or known hereditary diseases or bad performances should not be bred. The stud reserves the right to refuse any mare for artificial insemination. All mares must be tractable and handled to lead. The proprietors or the stud manager reserve the right to refuse any mare for service at any time.
q VETERINARY ATTENTION: All veterinary related expenses to be charged to the mares owner. If, for any reason, a major expense is to be incurred the Stud will endeavor to notify the owner. Routine veterinary care will require no notification. If a mare is found to be a difficult or unlikely breeder, the owner will be notified and a free service given to a different mare. It is recommended that all mares be swabbed prior to being sent to the stud. If the mare leaves the Stud before a positive pregnancy test, a Veterinary Certificate including a Mare identification form must be forwarded to the Stud within 45 days of the last service to prove a positive or negative test.

AGISTMENT: An enclosed agistment
agreement form on which you may stipulate your mare's requirements and record of
medical history etc. is enclosed.
q PAYMENT: Under no circumstances will a mare be permitted to leave the stud until the remainder of the stud fee and all other fees (including agistment and vet fees) are paid.
q CANCELLATION: Booking fee is not refundable. Any nomination not taken up may be transferred to the next stud season if required.

SERVICE CERTIFICATE:
All certificates will be forwarded to the mare owner on receipt of a
positive pregnancy diagnosis and after all monies owing are paid. Enclosed AI Certificate to be completed
by your Veterinarian.
q LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE - FREE RETURN for ONE SEASON ONLY: A free return service (Excluding any veterinary and agistment expenses) will be given to mares that are tested empty or if the foal dies within 3weeks after birth. If the mare is found to be empty a Veterinary Certificate must be forwarded to this stud. If required, a different mare may be substituted. Should the mare owners be entitled to a free return and the Stallion used is no longer available, the proprietors reserve the right to substitute an alternative stallion (if no frozen semen from the same stallion is available).

LIABILITY: All reasonable care will be taken but no
responsibility will be taken for any illness or injury to horses whilst they are
in the care of the stud.
q MARE IDENTIFICATION: Please make sure you complete the mare identification form and attached a copy of pedigree and registration papers for information required on the service certificate
